  • WORK PROCESS:
    Here is our standard project process:

    We send an English file to an editor and ask them when they can send the edited file. If the date indicated by the editor is appropriate, then we send a confirmation e-mail stating that they can proceed with the relevant job. After they deliver the file, we send them an e-mail confirming safe receipt. We respect your social and private life and do not insist on you working a project when you are busy. Moreover, we are tolerant of potential delays or discontinuations that occur on reasonable grounds, provided that we are informed about them in advance.

    During a project process, we ask our editors:
    • Not to start the project without receiving the above-mentioned confirmation e-mail
    • To immediately inform us about any unexpected negative conditions, delays or discontinuations after the project process has started
    • Not to have the file edited by other editors (we do not work with editor groups)
    • To be available for open communication
    • To work rigorously on projects and deliver them on the agreed deadline

    Yes.
  • What is the expected delivery time for editors?
    We have no specific delivery time expectations. Editor delivery time is determined along with the editors in accordance with the deadline of the project and their availability.
  • What are your terms of payment?
    – Our rates per 1000 words vary by the specialty. Therefore, you can obtain more detailed information from the department of Human Resources regarding this issue when you submit an application. – We make payments every two months through TransferWise within the first five business days of the relevant month.
